Entering into the new planning of Yiwu traffic road


     For some railway projects under construction or planned to start, their progress is constantly being updated because they are already under construction or are about to start, so they have always maintained exposure and public opinion. For some lines that are still under planning, due to the slow progress of the project in the early stage, the relevant progress is also “rare to see”. However, with the commencement or completion of many key railway projects, some planned lines are expected to take the center of public opinion and increase the “discussion heat”. let me introduce to you 5 railways that are still under planning, and take a look at their projects. Although some of them have not started so soon, they can at least give people who care about these lines a new understanding of them.

   The first one is the Yiwu-Jinyun section of the Hangzhou-Li High-speed Railway: the railway is located in the central and southwestern parts of Zhejiang Province, connecting Jinhua and Lishui. Plans, investment and financing models, and consensus along the route have all had corresponding foundations. In the first half of this year, a pre-project research group was established to conduct pre-project research and organize the preparation and approval of project pre-feasibility research, feasibility research, preliminary design and related supporting special reports, and to study and propose project investment and financing plans.

       At present, the project has begun to deepen the research and bidding of the planning scheme. It is necessary to complete the preparation of the project report and pass the review, complete the forecast of the project transportation demand, and study and propose the functional positioning of the project and the channel, technical standards and construction timing. It is planned that before the end of March 2023, the project report will be reviewed and the final draft will be completed.

     The planned total length of the line from Yiwu to Jinyun is 86.054 kilometers. It starts from the existing Yiwu Station. After leaving the station, the Jinyi Line 3 and 4 will be used to reach Jinyi Station. To the south, Wuyong Station will be set up at the junction of Yongkang and Wuyi. There is Jinyun West Station.

     The second is the Hexu Railway: the Xuzhou-Heze Express Railway has entered my country’s existing medium and long-term railway network planning. The whole line is planned to be drawn from the Longhai Railway, passing through Tongshan District, Peixian County, Fengxian County of Xuzhou City, Heze City in Shandong Province, passing through Shanxian County, Chengwu County, Dingtao District, and ending at Dingtao Station of the existing Beijing-Kowloon Railway.

     At present, Xuzhou-Peixian and Peixian-Fengxian railways have been built in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, and they will be upgraded and reconstructed, while the line between Fengxian Shouxian Station and Dingtao Station needs to be newly built.

     The section from Heze to Shouxian is planned to lead from the end of Shouxian Station. After crossing the border between Shandong and Suzhou, it will enter Shanxian County, Heze City, Shandong Province. Yingji Station and Dingtao South Station. At present, the Heze to Shouxian section has started planning for site selection and bidding for land pre-qualification services. The pre-feasibility study of the project has been officially launched, and construction is planned to start in 2023.

      The third is the Yamei-Leshan-Chongqing Intercity Railway: the project was originally planned to start from Ya’an, through Meishan, Leshan, and to Zigong. Two years ago, the pre-feasibility study was completed and passed the expert review, and the line within Leshan was approved. That is to use the Emeishan branch line plan of the Chengmian-Le Intercity Railway, via Emei (joint with Chengmianle Emei Station), Leshan (joint with Chenggui Leshan Station), Jingyannan (Jingyannan Station is established in Yancheng Town), to Zigong City.

      Later, it strived to extend the originally planned Yameile railway to Chongqing, and it was included in the “Multi-level Rail Transit Planning of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle” as a research and demonstration project. This year’s pre-feasibility study bidding for the section from Chongqing to Zigong has also been carried out. It is planned to complete the preparation of the pre-feasibility study report for the section from Chongqing to Zigong before December 30 this year.

     The fourth is the South-Zhuhai-Zhuhai Intercity Railway: this railway has only officially appeared in the past two years. It is planned to lead from Wanqingsha to the south and is divided into two lines. The west line passes through Cuiheng New District, Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan City, Shiqi Street, East District Street, Wanqingsha Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou City; the east line goes through Zhongshan to Zhuhai.

    At present, the Wanqingsha to Xingzhong section has started the survey and design general contract bidding, and strives to meet the conditions for starting this year. The total construction period is tentatively set to 5 years.

      The fifth is the Changyue-Kowloon Railway: this project has been positioned as a general-speed railway in my country’s relevant railway planning. The lines are located in Hunan, Hubei, and Jiangxi provinces. , Huarong County, Yueyang City, Tongcheng County, Hubei Province, Xiushui County, Jiangxi Province to Jiujiang City, with a planned speed of 200 km/h
